I have Rachel & Garrett’s wedding to share! Ceremony was at St. Matthew Lutheran Church in what I’d consider midtown. Reception followed at the Scott Conference center near South Campus UNO. In between we wandered around Elmwood park a bit for creatives. Things that stand out to me about this wedding. Tons of DIY decor. Guests throwing lucky charms instead of rice for the exit, while a somewhat less mature version of myself wept for the lost marshmallows. A game of jenga at the reception, with blocks so large it seemed positively hazardous to be around. Lots of dancing, fast and slow.
