Peter & Emily live in New York but came back to the Joslyn Castle in Omaha to get married. The Joslyn has a lot of interesting architectural elements which makes it a lot of fun to photograph in, and made a great backdrop for the outdoor ceremony on the front lawn. After the ceremony the group went inside for a reception highlighted with card tricks from a magician, cheese cake made by Emily’s dad and live jazz music. The afternoon ended with a trip down town to the Heartland Park for a gondola ride (and a quick jaunt down the slides).
Here’s some of my favorites from the day. Congrats again Peter & Emily!

Emily & Peter look like two stars getting married, and they are!
Great pictures.
Love, Mom
Excellent pics!!
Emily and Pete wanted a fairy tale wedding in a castle……and they did just that! As the mother of the bride all I wanted was to see her smile…….and she did……the entire weekend! They are both so happy about their wedding in Nebraska. Love to both Pete and Emily.
I enjoyed your pictures. I want to know how you got up on the
ledge at the Jocelyn Castle? Your pictures are beautiful.

[…] I am so glad I got the chance to work with these two amazing people and their families! Since Emily and Peter don’t live in Omaha, their friends and families played a huge role in making this wedding magical for them. When I finally got the chance to meet the fun-loving couple a few months before their wedding, I could tell how much they truly loved and cared about each other. They were so grateful and kind, and I am so happy I had the opportunity to be watch their fairytale come true. A big thanks to Sam Clark Photography for sharing these stunning images!
