I second shot this wedding a while back for a local photographer friend. Brian and Katie were married in October at Faith Presbyterian in LaVista, NE. We did family and creative portraits down the street at Halleck Park, we also wandered old town Papillion a bit for more wedding party pictures. You might not get this from looking at the pictures but it was COLD outside and everyone handled it very good naturedly.
After the portraits and ceremony we moved to Anthony’s for the reception. This was the first time I’d been there since they remodeled their reception area and the atmosphere was really nice. It’s looking like I’ll be shooting there again in 2013 and I’m looking forward to it. The food was fantastic and I left with a mental note to come back soon for dinner. 🙂
Brian and Katie had a great group of guests that kept the dance floor full and the reception was a lot of fun to shoot. Congrats again Brian and Katie, I’m glad I was able to hang out on your day! Here’s some of my favorites.
